All Photogravure platemaking Request For Quote e-mails should include complete contact info with telephone number. RFQs for gravure plates should also include small jpeg previews of the actual work to be etched.

A half hour of free tech support via telephone is included with every roll of photogravure tissue. Additional consulting for photogravure or Puretch can be purchsed here. Please check our Puretch Troubleshooting page first for solutions to common errors made when processing Puretch. Please e-mail us and include your telephone number and I will call you when it is convenient for both of us. Before e-mailing, please ensure that you are monitoring and processing at the recommended humidity, times and temperatures. Please tell us which product you are using in the subject line, describe the problem in detail, your processing, etching schedule, working environment and anything else you think will help solve the issue. A medium res. photo or two is also very helpful.
